Sue McGrogan CEO & President

Sue McGrogan is a proven healthcare executive with more than 25 years of success building clinical documentation organizations into world-class HIM solution providers. Sue’s mission as Chief Executive Officer at CSG is to meet the auditing and coding needs of hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide through the highest level of quality, accuracy and customer service. Teamwork, leadership and dedication are core tenants of Sue’s business methodology; and are the foundational components for CSG’s growth and success.

Having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Transcend Services, Sue was instrumental in ensuring Transcend’s revenue growth and profitability—leading the company from 2009 through acquisition by Nuance Communications in 2012.

During her seven years at Transcend, Sue completed six transcription company acquisitions and helped drive business revenues from $20M to over $130M. Once at Nuance Communications, Sue continued to serve as a Senior Vice President until forming the Coding Services Group (CSG) in 2013.

Sue holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a BS in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Florida. She is also a Board Member on the University of Florida’s Foundation Board and the Florida SouthWestern State College Foundation Board.

Sue is an active member in AHIMA, HFMA, HIMSS and AHDI.

Deb Marlow Operations Manager & Client Services Coordinator

Deb Marlow partners with every CSG client to ensure a complete and thorough understanding of their business needs.  Deb enjoys building relationships with our customers and serves as the primary liaison and schedule coordinator to ensure all needs are met.  Whether it is planning for temporary staff to cover  scheduled vacations or leaves of absence, or a last minute call for an urgent coding need, Deb thrives on meeting and exceeding customer expectations with every encounter.  Deb brings unwavering commitment and energy to every customer with every encounter and truly enjoys participating in our customers’ success.

Mary Pat Langer Vice President Customer Success and Development

Mary Pat is an innovative, intuitive, and influential customer success leader with a recognized track record of managing complex client relationships, and the ability to preemptively anticipate customer needs and challenges while exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. She brings over 40 years' experience as both a successful entrepreneur and corporate leader. Mary Pat brings passion for quality service delivery, unparalleled customer support and unique organizational development and workflow strategies to every position she holds.

Elizabeth Morgan Director of Quality Assurance

Elizabeth graduated from CareerStep’s Medical Coding and Billing Program in 2015 with honors. She quickly earned her CPC through AAPC, then her CCS through AHIMA.

Elizabeth has been with CSG since 2015. She started as an Inpatient/Outpatient coder, and was promoted to Auditor, then QA manager at Parallon. She is currently Director of Quality Assurance for all of CSG. Her passion for coding education and commitment to quality for our clients is what drives her every day.


Brittni Allen Implementations Manager

Brittni Allen has been working in Revenue Cycle positions for almost 10 years including A/R, payment posting, coding, auditing, and leadership. Medical billing and coding are one of her passions and she enjoys facilitating what can often be a complex process for providers and patients alike. Having now stepped into the Implementations role at CSG, she dedicates that same passion to ensuring clients and staff alike have a smooth transition when starting assignments or engaging in new projects. Outside of her work at CSG, Brittni is a digital artist and enjoys showcasing those talents at weekend markets and conventions with her business partner and wife, Candace, and their daughter, Savannah.

Jeff Felshaw Business Analyst

Jeff Felshaw is a multifaceted healthcare executive with international operational, technical, project management, sales and business development management expertise. He has over 15 years of experience working for and with Healthcare IT service and software providers.  He specializes as a “jack of all trades” and thrives in smaller, dynamic growth companies.

Prior to joining CSG, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development with Transcend Services Inc. (now part of Nuance Communications).  He held various roles with Transcend Services ranging from customer service management to professional services management to operational and sales management.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in an unrelated field from Kennesaw State University.

Jeff uses a solutions based approach for growing and cultivating business via building strong, trusting relationships.  Jeff is committed to maintaining and establishing “win-win” partnerships for all of CSG’s current and future clients and business partners.
